    1. Eligibility for Returns

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Additionally:

    • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
    • Items must be in their original packaging.
    • Proof of purchase is required (order number, receipt, or email confirmation).

    Please note that custom or personalized items, including banners with specific names, are not eligible for returns due to the customization involved.

    2. Return Process

    To start a return, follow these steps:

    1. Contact Us: Begin by emailing us at contact@partytopis.com with your order details and reason for return.
    2. Receive Return Authorization: Our team will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which you’ll need to include in your return shipment.
    3. Pack and Ship: Carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging. Include a copy of your proof of purchase and the RMA number on the outside of the package.
    4. Send to Our Return Address: 3085 Stutler Lane, United States.

    Note: Returns without an RMA number may not be accepted, and you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged upon arrival.

    3. Refunds and Credits

    Refunds will be processed once your return is received and inspected. We’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email. If approved:

    • A credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
